This music has been novelly composed for Jonas H. Helles Short Film 'Behind'. In this first version, the music reflects the growing fear of the protagonist, a man who believes his apartment being invaded by an intruder. Or is he the intruder himself and afraid of his own shadow? The music is an electroacoustic composition and has been created using my Kontakt Instrument 'The Terror Cello' only. The work is part of my Master Thesis 'Composing Fear - Solo Cello Manipulation Through Audio Processing And Granulation'.

I replaced the music of this beautiful scene taken from the movie 'The Tree of Life' (2011) directed by Terence Mallick.

The music is played by a 22-piece string ensemble.

Recorded, conducted and mixed at Windmill Lane Recording Studios, Dublin, Ireland.

Conducted, mixed and mastered by Jérôme Kauffmann.

I rescored this obscure trailer (Deliver us from Evil, 2014) using a 'Moog Sub 37' analog paraphonic synthesizer, various sample libraries and live acoustic cello. Music mixed and mastered at Windmill Lane Recording Studios, Dublin, Ireland.

A dramatic and intense scene from the Movie 'Killing Season' I rescored.

The composition has been recorded with a 29-piece studio orchestra at Windmill Lane Recording Studios, Dublin, Ireland.

Conducted by Derek Gleeson, mixed and mastered by Jérôme Kauffmann.

I replaced the music of the maintitle sequence from the movie 'Drag Me To Hell' (2009) directed by Sam Raimi as a work for my Masters Degree at Pulse College, Dublin, Ireland. The assignment, given by guest lecturer Christopher Young (original music of the film), was to compose an original maintitle cue while focusing on a strong and memorable melody. The music is entirely created using virtual sample libraries. The challenge was to complete the assignment over night.

Mixed at Windmill Lane Recording Studios, Dublin, Ireland.
